Hello, and thank you for visiting my site. I'm Andrea and am from Manchester, England. I lived there until my early 30s at which point I moved to Indiana, then South Carolina, before getting to Texas.
During that time I have had office, desk based jobs, and was also a teacher, which means I know what it's like to have a job that isn't very active, and one that keeps you on your feet all day! I've always had a strong interest in fitness and nutrition, so I decided to go back to college and turn my passion into my career.
In light of my work history, experience in fitness and personal training, and certifications, I have a wide knowledge base in developing appropriate fitness plans and nutrition guidelines: planning the most effective type of workouts based around your work schedule and ideas on when and what to eat. We all have limited time so I don't believe in spending hours working out. In addition, too much exercising can lead to over training and injury, so I coach people to workout effectively and efficiently. Personally, I use body weight exercises, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workouts, weights, and stretching. In addition to this, I also eat real food that isn't highly processed; I don't do fad diets, and if I can't pronounce it, I don't eat it!
