My fitness training, corrective exercise, and senior fitness certifications are through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), which is a nationally recognized body.
My health coach and weight management specialist certifications are through ACE (American Council on Exercise).
I am also a certified online trainer through the Online Trainer Academy.
I'm located in the Heights area of Houston, TX, but with online training we can workout anywhere.
